What We Do

So you can empower yourself, encourage others and experience change, we provide a number of small group* and one to one sessions in local, friendly environments ‘To Fit Your Life’.

Our classes are a great way to meet new friends, have fun with existing friends whilst improving your overall health, fitness and well-being.

*Class sizes are limited so booking & payment in advance is advisable to secure your place.

Kettlebells
Kettlebells (cast iron weight, shaped like a cannonball with a handle)

Kettlebells offer an exciting different kind of training which targets almost every aspect of fitness, endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio.

The beauty of the Kettlebell is it works many different muscle groups and provides a total body workout within a single session!*

Take the workout at an appropriate pace and level for you with the support of your fellow classmates and instructor.

Circuit Training
A simple yet effective total body workout and fat burner provided by a range of different stations

A simple yet effective total body workout and fat burner provided by a range of different stations, one after the other, in a circuit and done at intervals, all in one class!

Great for those who have little time on their hands to exercise or for those who can’t decide what class to do but would like a smaller, friendly environment to workout in or just like the idea of putting a little variety into workouts.

Take the workout at an appropriate pace and level for you with the support of your fellow classmates and instructor.

Pre & Post Natal Exercise
Specialist & Bespoke Services

Exercising whilst you are pregnant and in the postnatal period, after your baby has arrived, has enormous benefits to mother and baby.

We are able to tailor exercise classes and one to one sessions to suit pre and post-natal clients and of course to mums of any fitness level to provide them with an all over body workout.

In 2015/16 Bodeeworx worked with Treverbyn Community Hall to deliver their Buggycise Programme to local mums in the outskirts of St Austell area.

Over 50 Fitness
Be part of a growing wave of fitter, healthier and more energetic over 50s.

The saying ‘use it or lose it’ becomes increasingly more important as we approach our latter years. Exercise not only helps guard against chronic diseases such as osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, type 2 diabetes and heart disease but also helps keep bones, joints, muscles, ligaments and tendons strong and flexible to help prevent slips, trips and falls which can all too often result in hip and joint replacements.

Bodeeworx specifically design lower impact sessions to cater for the over 50s and/or those who are perhaps less mobile, to ensure they are varied, safe and enjoyable no matter what your level of fitness whether an absolute beginner, returner to exercise or regular exerciser. That said we do have a growing number of over 50s attending the main Kettlebell, Circuits and Boxercise sessions which can be progressed to from these sessions.

We are currently running weekly ‘Keep Fit’ sessions at Treverbyn Community Hall on Thursdays at 9.30am.
