Customised service to reach your goals

Regardless of your age or your current level of fitness we offer a customised service where your fitness programme is designed specifically for you to enable you to reach your goals safely, effectively and under the guidance of a mobile  personal trainer.

You may also want to work out on your own between your scheduled sessions and your personal trainer will be able to create an exercise programme for you ‘To Fit Your Life’. As well as guiding you through your programme, your personal trainer will be there to offer you, if required, advice on nutrition, weight management and making lifestyle changes to help you look after your health and feel great.

Training Locations
We understand that gyms aren’t for everyone. There are a variety of reasons:

If you are not experienced with gym equipment it can seem like a bit of minefield.

A lot of people also feel uncomfortable working out in front of others. Whilst there really is no need to feel self-conscious, it is hard not to when you step foot into some of these environments.

Maybe you’d quite like to go to a gym, but you don’t drive and there’s not one in a convenient location.

Maybe you have no one who shares your enthusiasm to train and just need a little support and encouragement.

However, we have a solution that can make all of these worries and problems disappear.

You can exercise from the comfort of your own home, outdoors in your local park or in your local community premises, wherever you feel most comfortable*.

You don’t need any equipment as we bring the equipment to you such as hand weights, medicine balls, bands and much, much more.

You will benefit from one-on-one training, which is assured to provide much better results and if you have a partner of friend with similar goals and starting point then why not split the cost and train together.

Your fitness requirements will be assessed to make sure the exercises are tailored to suit your needs and goals.

Your trainer will provide you with the motivation and confidence to keep going.

You don’t have to sign up for a gym membership, which means you avoid the associated fees and being tied into a contract.

You can be confident that your trainer will ensure your technique is correct to ensure to get the maximum gain out of each exercise not to mention your health and safety!

Your personal training appointments will be organised to suit you and your lifestyle.
